The World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) is the only global organization representing the common interests of marketers. Through its network of 55 national advertiser associations on five continents and over 50 of the world’s top 100 marketers, WFA represents around 90% of global marketing communications, almost US$ 700 billion annually. WFA champions responsible and effective marketing communications worldwide.
The WFA Mission: Building trust
Trust is critical to the marketing industry, both to how marketers are perceived by society and how they communicate with consumers. It lays the foundations for welcomed, effective and sustainable marketing communications. WFA’s role in helping build trust is to provide global leadership by championing good practice, anticipating trends, and promoting the benefits of marketing communications. WFA does this through continued dialogue and engagement with its members, consumers and stakeholders.
